I have to call a girl in Italy in an hour and I have to call her and she has to hang up and dial the number that called her last to talk to me for unlimited. The question is...how do I stay on the line when she hangs up?

You mean conference call? If you want to stay online, you need to set up a conference and host the conference. Send the conference number and pin to your friend. When she dail the access number, you will be connected.
