I'm writing a paper for college on paranormal phenomena. We are suppose to start out with a focusing question than try to narrow it down, but I can not seem to come up with one focusing question that will cover paranormal phenomena in general. All I could think of was a figment of imagination or real? It's not a great question but I have writers block and cannot think of a better way to word it. The main idea i have and want to research is how it is possible for ghosts to be real, and give stories and evidence. I just need a good question that can be answered with all this. Sorry if I confused you, I have confused myself. PLEASEEEE HELP!

I don't know what sort of science background you have, but you might wish to consider asking if current understandings of quantum theory allow for ghosts. You would have to look in philosophy of science works to get much of your reference material, but it is present. Most physicist simply ignore the implications of quantum theory and focus on how to do the math to get the answers.
If you have even the slightest bit of repeatable, falsifiable scientific evidence of the existence of ghosts you will stand with the greats of science, alongside Einstein, Newton, and others. Expect to win the Nobel Prize. I for one would like to be the first to congratulate you on your singular achievement. If you don't have that, then you don't have an argument nor a paper, which is probably what's causing your writer's block.
purely %. a sub subject count for the finished paper. like "will we communicate with spirits?" or "are appriations spirits, or energetic impressions on the cloth of time?" permit you recognize what tho, your in for some wacky theories and loony learn. sturdy luck
