i used to ejaculatewhile looking at porn a lot but now i am tryin to stop doing that with all my power and everyday it keeps getting stronger even when i keep my self busy afterwards it comes back and i dont know to whether to ejaculate or not

You can masturbate without porn, if that's the issue. Lots of guys do it using a good fantasy life in their brains or just enjoying the feelings that come along with it. Ejaculating 3x a week is good for your prostate. Sexual urges are natural and eventually your body will want to clean itself out.
If it's a religious thing, even ultra conservative Dr. Dobson says it's a natural part of life. Go figure, eh?
