I suggest asking your doctor about switching to a different pill, or possibly a different type of birth control. It sounds to me like Loestrin Fe simply doesn't work for your body. Try a pregnancy test, maybe once a week, for a couple of weeks. If you don't get a positive after a couple of weeks, go see your dr about switching birth control.
