Thanks if you can help!!!!!
-(9y - 5) = - 9y + 5 = 5 - 9y
Turns out that always, you can flip a difference around if you're multiplying it by (- 1):
- (a - b) = (b - a)
-9y + 5 = 5-9y
-(9y-5)=-(1*9y)-1(-5)=-9y+5
