Sims 3 CAS Won't Load!?
Everything else on my game works fine, but when I try to create a family it wont load past the blue processing screen. I've left the game alone to load for HOURS and it didn't load. I removed all of my cc and store items, and uninstalled and re-installed the base games and all of my expansions twice and nothing changed. My PC meets all of the system requirements, so I have no idea whats causing the problem.

Have you patched your game recently? Honestly that's like the only answer to the mass amounts of glitches the sims has! it has to be the most glitchiest product i have ever dealt with! I had the same thing happen and just gave up, plus way back the i couldn't edit my town or move sims out of houses or anything without it freezing!! Most of my issues are fixed, but now i cannot save unless i use the 'Save As' feature, its nothing too bad but its annoying!
Good luck to you, try patching your game that normally helps! And since you already uninstalled, there really isn't much else to do? You definitely need a patch! Its annoying because its an amazing game when it works well, but when it doesn't....its a nightmare! Im sure all us Sim players have been there, i know i have just keep trying to make it work, just play without creating sims, it sucks but if its what you gotta do. Then wait for a patch!
