I just got some of this instead of the Body Fortress protein I had been getting also at Wal-Mart. I know the Body Fortress works, and it doesn't taste too bad. I think the Six Star tastes pretty bad. Hopefully it works too.

I do is look at the nutrition facts and compare to other brands Six star has the same facts as GNC's whey protein. Although some brands like Nitro tech have more L-glutamines and other amino acids that break it down. It works, I have taken it before if it gets hard to take or swallow mix it with milk, peanut butter, and a banana in a blender. I take on of those mixes every morning, trust me if you lift you will see the results with the protein.
