Use the Functionalist, Conflict and Symbolic Interaction and Postmodern perspective to analyze social phenomenon and behavior.
I don't know where to start.

I would start by opening your text book. Chances are very good that all three of those perspectives are covered in there. If that does not help, the internet has some very good web sites that explain these perspectives in common language, and give examples.
Failing those options, go see your instructor.They get paid to help, you know.
