In spanish , if you were to say , "If I could, I would," what would be the difference between saying "Si pudiera, lo haria" or "Si hubiera podido, lo habria" . Is there even a difference at all ? Thank You !

Si pudiera, lo haría.
This one is correct.
"Si hubiera podido, lo habría"
It's incomplete. "Si hubiera podido, lo habría hecho".
The difference is a matter of tenses, in the first one you can't do it in this moment, while in the second one, you're talking about something you could have done in the past, but you couldn't do it.
