With Speed Camera's out now, are they fair? If I go 1, 2, 3 mph over the speed limit will the camera take the picture and send a ticket in the mail?
I was ticketed for speeding and had to prove in court (with my GPS is tow) that I was actually under the limit.
I always drive about 10-20 km an hour under the limit. Why? Because the police in Canada will ticket you even if you are going 51 in a 50 zone.
In Edmonton, Alberta, you will notice most traffic flows at about 10 km under the speed limit.
How do you mean fair?
Anything over the speed limit is a violation.
Why do today's young people think the posted speed limit is a legal minimum speed. It isn't. It is the legal maximum. Seems they would rather show off and waste their money on higher gas consumption rather than drive like normal people
