spermicidal lube condoms?
if me and my bf were using a spermicidal condom, and i broke during sex but there was no *** in it, and probably not even pre ***.. but there might have been pre ***.
But wouldn't the spermicidal lube kill the pre *** if it kills the regular sperm?

I doesn't kill them it just numbs them so they cannot swim. You may notice that your vagina and his penis also have a numbed feeling when using spermicidal condoms. There is a looooow probability you will be pregnant. In the future I would use non spermicidal condoms and lube. Something like lifestyles condoms. Get a water based lubricant, NOT KY! The lube will decrease friction and you will be less likely to have a condom break. And of course it makes things feel better. PINK is a great lube and very healthy for your vagina.
It's probably would. My ex and I used to use these and I think we may have broke one or two but I never got pregnant.
