steam pre-load download restarted?
i have just completed modern warfare 3 pre-load on steam and has now just gone back to 0%. i have all the game content on my computer. will i have to restart?

What is it your talking about? Since it's not coming out in midnight(I live in the California and it's already 10:00 PM here) so it's not going to be released until midnight.
