Strange Question???????
I know this may sound strange but the skin covering my testicales has been extremely itchy for the past year. Like all of a sudden one day it started to itch so I scratched it and every day for the past year it itches periodically like crazy. After I'm done scratching the skin is all red and wrinkly. Is this like a permanent rash or infection? If so, how would I get rid of it?
In addition I have to urinate frequently and when I do it only comes out in small amounts and I have to keep on going. Is this an infection as well?
Don't say "just go to the doctor" it costs way too much and would go as a last resort.

Best thing to do is to probably go to a doctor and have him check it out. Could it maybe just be dry skin?
If you don't wanna go to the doctor, you can just buy some anti-septic cream for itchy skin condition. These are as a result of fungus and caused by sweat. So if you don't treat it, it would spread and get even worst.
Maybe its fugal infection because its always wet with sweat and you didn't clean the area properly. You need ointment to clear the problem and you still have to see a doctor about it. I am surprise that the problem is so long and you have live with it, scratching it daily. I can imagine it raw, redden and 'rotting'. If it really going to rot, your 2 balls might drop off.
did you change your soap you wash with?
do you dry off before you get dressed? if you get dress when your skin is damp your skin can't breath as well and dries out.
