Safety: Old Westbury, Delhi, Farmingdale, Buff State (Buffalo State College), Plattsburgh, Any of the community colleges (100% guarantee you will get into community college so you should apply to one just to be safe)
Match: Albany, New Paltz, Oneonta, Purchase
Reach: Buffalo (UB, or University at Buffalo), Stonybrook
Extreme Reach: Binghamton (My sister had a 2100 SAT score and a 3.8 GPA and goes there), Geneseo
I believe if you are only going to be applying for a few colleges, definitely go with the ones that you have the most chance with which are the schools that I put as your Safety, and Match schools.
The most competitive schools (in order from most competitive to least) are definitely Geneseo, Binghamton, Buffalo and Stonybrook (about the same), and finally Albany(Although I am not quite sure Albany should be on this list, but nevertheless, it would be the next competitive school after Buffalo and Stony).
Out of the SUNY schools, I urge you to apply for Albany. I believe that is a school that you have a pretty decent chance of getting into. It is a pretty good school with a beautiful campus (friend goes there) and is actually known as one of the better SUNY's (although not as good as let's say the four schools I listed:Bing,Buffalo,Stony,Geneseo). It is known as a party school but honestly, there will be parties at any school. It will be what you decide to make of it.
in high quality condition, Maritime, Ophthalmology are all in NYC, with in high quality condition and Ophthalmology being in new york and Maritime interior the Bronx. And SUNY Downstate medical in Brooklyn. close by yet outside of NYC, purchase in Westchester. previous Westbury, Stony Brook, and Farmingdale on lengthy island. There may be others I forgot about.
