After being on hold forever, treated like crap and denied any possibility of talking to a supervisor regarding complaints, I want to know if anyone out there has a way of getting ahold of anyone in the electronics company Sylvania with authority, supervisory, or senior positions without email. I want a phone number. They are unprofessional, rude and actually expect me to tell my friends what a great company they are. Well not before someone besides an operator hears from me. I'm still pissed.

Any help of providing a phone number besides basic customer care would be greatly appreciated.
