I'm doing Billy Blanks tae bo cardio 2004 exercise video.
It's kind of advanced, definitely not beginner which i am.. and the moves are difficult, but I like how much it makes my heart beat and how intense the workout is.
So although I'm not doing all the moves 100% right will i still lose the weight?
I'm getting better the more I do it, but a lot of the foot work combined with the arm and hand movements can get tricky..

I agree, it is sort of advance considering I am a 'beginner' but after awhile I imagine it getting a bit easier. As long as we are getting our heart pumping and being active, we will surely lose weight. Also, we must consider a healthy eating habit to contribute to that weight loss.
I suggest maybe taking each exercise one by one, like focus on an exercise that is particularly hard for you. Study it over and over, so that when you do the video from start to finish, you know what's coming and are prepared.
