Three different groups of tablets and not all meant to be taken together. If your pain is that bad then you need medical intervention, mush better than killing off your liver over a period of time. Paracetamol and ibuprofen are often taken in dental pain on a alternative basis. Take paracetamol at 2pm and Ibuprofen at 4pm and so on, but only for a short period of time without medical advice. Both Boots and Nuromol are a mixture of the two and are sold over the counter in any pharmacy. I would guess the Tramadol was not prescribed for you otherwise you definitely would not have thrown it into the mix at all. Hopefully you liver on this occasion will recover from the hit it has had, but if you are unsure about how you feel you should contact your Dr or A&E and ask for some proper advice.

Gabapentin And Ibuprofen
I would consult with your doctor sooner rather than later.
Fluoxetine is contra indicated with the use of Tramadol as it can lead to serotonin syndrome. I don't know about the rest but just the fact you are taking this mix concerns me.
