It's 3 weeks or so until the end of the holidays for me and I haven't been exercising for 5 weeks. I tried to exercise and found myself off the exercise bike in seconds, because I found it boring and wanted to do other things. How can I bring myself to doing it?
Update:lol thanks, I usually listen to music, but than that sometimes distracts me from going full speed. I don't have a real bike (well I do, but it's too small) and I wouldn't be able to pedal at the speed I do on the exercise bike without risking my life.

Exercise doesn't have to be boring!
You can always use the exercise bike while listening to music. If you focus on the music, you'll spend longer exercising.
Or find a sport that you love playing, and join a team. If you like dancing, find a local club or buy a DVD to try in your own home. There any many ways to exercise, and none of them are boring. Look around at exercise DVDs and you'll find something that suits you!
Take something away from yourself, something you love more than you hate exercise, until your daily regiment is complete. On Dr. Phil recently he had a woman agree to not getting out of her pj's or brushing her hair and teeth until she flossed everyday. That was her resolution for years, but she could never stick to it. I thought his idea was good, but you do have to be self motivated and have some disipline, and it's tough, but you just have to find the right carrot to dangle in front of your own nose.
ride a real bike - outside
make everything else that you do boring
