As others have said, "gata" is a despective term we give to a woman referring to her as if she were a housemaid / servant, and we usually call this way a woman who is vulgar, ignorant and even tacky. "Pinche" is a bad word which could be translated as "f--king"....... so yeah, "f--king *****, you're so pathetic" or "f--king *****, I feel sorry for you"....
