Due to my pathetic dental heath I have developed Thrush.

I can't see the Doctor yet because i have no insurance, so until i can I was told that there were rinses and stuff, but i could also use a Peroxide and water rinse 1/3 peroxide 2/3 water.

Will that help with thrush? Is it an anti fungal or am i wasting my time?
