Im looking to start a collection of vinyl recods and need to buy a turntable. Being that i am just getting into it i am not looking to spend a ton of cash on one, looking to listen to music in a good quality. I found a local guy selling a Technics SL-B5 (made from 1978-82) with an Audio Technica cartridge for $50, but looking at a local music store i found a Stanton T60 without a cartrisge for $25.. What would be the better value or the better table for playing records (not scratching or anything)

Just make sure you get a turntable with pitch control. One without it is useless.
