I am 9 weeks pregnant and I took half a tylenol extra strength for my killer migrane at 2:00pm . I took the other half at 7:00 .I have read NOT to take tylenol extra strength after I took it tho. Was this safe at all? Am I gonna miscarry my baby?

You can have Tylenol. In fact, it's one of the VERY few things you can have. And it's impossible to find just regular, non-extra strength Tylenol. It's fine to take those as long as you stick to the dosage on the back of the bottle.
Not a problem at all. In fact, most OBs recommend "only" using Tylenol and Tylenol-products. My OB gave me a whole sheet of permissible meds and Tylenol, Tylenol Cold and Tylenol PM were all on the list. Obviously you need to take the allowable dosage (that's just common sense).
tylenol extra strength and multi-symptom cold, and robotussin are the two things i took the most when i was pregnant. I got sick a good bit because I was a winter pregnancy, and on top of that I worked at WalMart.. Yeah, lots of people interaction. and we are both just fine. it was actually recommended to me by my ob.
Tylenol extra strength was on the list of stuff I COULD take for pain relief. I've taken it throughout my pregnancy and we're both completely healthy. Call your doctor if you're concerned.
Where did you read that at? My OB told me any Tylenol was perfectly fine. I only need regular but she told me if needed I could take one ES at a time.
yea i accidently did the same thing early on in my pregnancy but i called my doc and they said that it's not good to take while preggo the only thing you can take now is just regular tylenol. but what you took won't harm the baby. :)
congrats on your pregnancy!
you're fine my doc has always told me to take tylenol for aches and pains when pregnant
TYLENOL is okay anything without ASPIRIN in it basically.
I take tylenol 24/7 and it does nothing for me!!!
Makes me mad when im hurting that i cant take anything to ease it up! =*(
I took them all the time when i was pregnant/
