I'm taking tylenol pm but I only took one so that makes 250 mg only right? I'm taking it for a tension headache I have had for a week and I need to sleep. Will this make it better or should I have taken both capsules? If so I will need to go buy them tomorrow cause I threw the rest out -.-. Thanks!
