I have been peeing a lot but I dont know if that's in my head or not I don't know. I'm over weight. I checked my fasting glucose a month ago it was around 70. I need some advice to hole me over until my doctors appointment. help please. Do I have diabetes? I know I've asked before and I'm annoying I'm just scared. Sorry guys.

Diabetes is HIGH blood sugar. You would not be having "low blood sugar symptoms" if you had diabetes.
A diabetic only gets low blood sugar BECAUSE OF THEIR MEDICATION. Without medication, diabetes causes HIGH blood sugar.
A fasting level of 70 is EXCELLENT and would not indicate any issues with either type of diabetes.
Tea is a diuretic. Basically, that means that drinking tea will make you pee more. That is what diuretics do, they make you pee.
Skipping meals can cause the feelings of low blood sugar.
Basically, you DO NOT have diabetes based on anything you have listed here.

Low blood sugar is NOT a sign of diabetes. Skipping meals can cause that. Peeing a lot can be an issue, being overweight definitely can hurt. While waiting on the DR's appointment, keep your sugar input low, but east normally and if possible test your Blood Glucose levels as often as practical. If it remains in the fasting area below 100 you are probably OK but don't let it get that low during non fasting times. IF you start getting dizzy, blurred vision or other unusual conditions, go the the ER ASAP.
