So, before I ask the question, I wanted to clarify a couple things. I'm not special by any means, I go to school, I have a job, a girlfriend etc. I was not in "special ed" or anything, I am just a normal guy. I am more or less looking for a professional opinion on this but here it goes.
As long as I can remember, I could do this thing in my head mentally and make this wave sort of thing go through my body. Ide hate to say it, but its close to orgasmic. Not that I am anywhere near ejaculation, but the feeling is darn close to the same. The "wave" thing is very controllable, as in I can turn it on or off. This "wave" comes completely from my brain and goes through my body within a fraction of a second, and I can hold it for maybe around15 seconds. I can do this standing up, or sitting down, or whatever. The feeling is very addictive as I catch myself once in a blue moon doing it one to many times. Update:Just for further clarity, this is not like some kind of "feeling" that I can kind of feel. At will I can send this "wave" of pleasure through my entire body and hold it, its enough power to make my eyes go cross eyed the slightest bit to make my vision go blury.

Its actually not unique. Anyone with enough imaginative ability can do it. Its similar to making oneself feel as if levitating. Its all possible with the right mindset.
It's not unique, I'm sorry to say. I have something very similar to it. I have very strong empathy and I can use this "wave" as you call it to sense how others are feeling. I can't always control it, but it is very useful. Don't worry about it being addictive, it's just part of who you are. See if you can change how it feels. try sending it to different parts of your body and then to someone else's.
Now just work on getting that wave sort of thing to go through your gal pal's body...
