I am thinking about buying something from ebay and the shipment will be through US Postal Service Parcel Post. I have never heard of this until now so I don't know how they do things. Do they bring things to your house like UPS at any time or do they come around like the regular mail man that comes in the evening? I had a friend that ordered 3 things from online that never came to his house so I dont want to waist my money on something I wont get.
