the only way i can really think of this being possible would be to buy a touchscreen monitor but they are very expensive though.

there is also something called a kvm box and what this does is to allow you to connect 2 computers to the same monitor. with a kvm box you can also use 1 mouse and keyboard as well on both computers.

now for a kvm box to properly work you will have to see if your graphics cards on both your laptop and desktop have a dual output installed.

then alll you have to do is enable the dual outputs for both laptop and desktop computer after connecting up the kvm box.

some computers are preconfigured to automatically adjust once connected upto a kvm box.

Point 1) is absolutely right. There are different types of tablet computers. Convertible means that you can lift up the screen, turn it around, and use it like a laptop, or you can fold the screen down on the keyboard (face up or face down). A slate tablet is pretty much a Windows iPad except its bigger than the ipad (I believe some of them run Linux instead of windows). A hybrid tablet PC looks like a slate, except when you want to, you can attach a keyboard to it. I would assume that all laptops come with wifi, but in addition you need to pay for an internet provider and buy a wireless router.

Well you could try a remote desktop program such as vnc (a little more advanced) or you could try logmein all u have to do is create an account download the program and then go to there site and click on the computer.
