I have a 1995 orginal cobra r, it has 90,000 actual miles, 1 of 200 cloth cobras in 95 (not leather) car is in perfect condition with factory floor mats that look new. flawless black on black.
Update:sounds good, I picked it up for 5k. and it camewith a 1,800 superchip tweeker system, allowing me to dial fuel/air ratios and advance the timing, as well as shut the car down at any speed selected. Bought it for my son, and the ability to shut it down at 55 and view hisdriving habits on a laptop, post his return, was the biggest selling point to me.

If it has a 5.0L, then it's not a real Cobra R. The 1995 Cobra R had a 351. Other giveaways are the back seat (a Cobra R won't have one), AC (again, the Cobra R won't have it, and fog lights (a Cobra R won't have them either)
Sounds like you have a regular Cobra, or possibly a clone. Either way it's worth about what you paid for it, maybe a little more.
