Video Compression/Conversion?
I am trying to get a video that I shot that is around 3 gigs to around 5 MB with as little quality loss as possible. Any suggestions?
Update:The video is 2 min and exported from after effects after adding a bunch of stuff. It is an avi format. What can I use to compress it to a much smaller size?

How was it shot, what is the current data-rate and format?
If the file is from a cine camera, or is fabricated video from after-effects/blender/ or other software, and is somewhere around 10-15 seconds, then you should be able to get it down to 5mb with F4V or a similar codec.
If the file is 15 minutes or more it is already badly compressed and going that much further will turn poor video nearly unrecognizable.
