After getting my wisdom teeth out, I basically look like a really fat chipmunk.
I'm confused whether I should be putting ice, or a warm moist compressor thing because some instructions tell me that after 24 hours, I'm not suppose to use ice anymore but instead put something warm on the swelling.
I'm so confused!

NOW THAT'S BEEN OVER 24 HOURS AFTER EXTRACTION ICE IS FUTILE.
WARM MOIST HEAT WILL WORK AT BRINGING DOWN THE SWELLING AS WELL AS TAKING IBUPROFEN (ADVIL).
i used cold for the day of and the day after i got mine out, then after that i used the heat for a day, and the next day i did both, because i was still a little swollen, and the cold helped it go down
