Couple months ago my dad passed away. Since iv been loosing weight without diet and excersise I've changed my eating habits tho. However when I eat I eat half or less than what I would have months ago. Last week my dear dog was killed I lost couple pounds in a matter of a week. Is my stomach shrinking due to all the stress of loss? After a lil food my stomach feels upset. Is this normal?

Changes in weight are very common during any time a major change occurs in someone's life but that doesn't mean it should be ignored. It can be a sign of depression as well. Dealing with your fathers death and your dog dying is the best way to get your appetite back. It's hard but talking to people and getting any built up emotions out will help, psychiatrists are always a great option, people give them a bad reputation but they know how to help you cope with your emotions and there is nothing wrong with seeing one, there are free clinics you can go to and get help. I hope things get better for you in the future.
