please tell me if I am looking any better. I have never liked my body and am still not happy with it. I workout a lot and am getting a trainer. I know I am not fat, but still unhappy and wish to tone up. I feel trapped in a body that I dont want. :(

find the perfect teeny weeny polka dot bikini try on 16 suits one every 3 minutes
limit if not eliminate all extras like butter mayonnaise ketchup dressing added sugar added oil etc
2 hour power yoga class
Eat less at night
Record facorite programs on them when you exercide
take a brisk walk before lunch or dinner
enjoy your hot chocolate with skim milk and no cream
get off your *** 33 times to change the channel
