Ive Been Participating in this weight loss game at my house. We each put in $25 and the winner takes all. Well, i started at 280 Ibs. and within the first 2 weeks i dropped down to 261 Ibs. But this last week i've been sticking to the exact same regimen and i cant get below 260. Im not doing anything different. im eating about 1000 calories or less a day, and trying to stay under 15 grams of fat. Does anyone have any ideas of how i can drop more weight in this last week of the competition? any suggestions would be great.

Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing other than water in between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%. Chew each morsel at least 32 times to activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals.
Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a day.
U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time. Do not be in a hurry.

When your dieting, you do tend to loose quite alot at the start and gradually it slows down, Ive had the same problem, the only thing i can suggest is stick at it, drink lots of water etc etc, good luck!
