ok so im a 14 year old girl and i weigh 135, and i want to get down to 120 or 125. So basically i was wondering if i ate about 700 calories a day, about how many calories wud i burn? i also play competitiv volleyball every tuesday and thursday

if you were to eat only 700 calories a day the average person you burn off on average 1300 stored calories more on the 2 days you play volleyball. i don't recommend doing it for when you lower your calorie intake that low for a period of time you slow down your metabolism making it harder for you to maintain your weight once you go back to normal eating habits
