Hi I do 60 minutes of Gym Bike cardio each day at around 87-100 rpm, I do four 15 minute intervals each day, and I have a 2 minute rest in between, I lose approximately 500 calories each session, and I eat about 1900 calories each day, I weigh 93kg and I would like to lose the fat on my stomach, by 4 months to be able to become suitable to be a footballer, I would like to know am I doing things right, or do I need to increase intensity or eat less calories? Please can you help me I need to reach my dream.

Walking helps on wekends pluse alot of fruit and brown and wholemeal breads with fiber help you feel fuller for longer and if when you have lost weight want to build a little muscle portein which is in white meats help.

stick to what you're doing for the month, but you'll need to change it after 3 weeks in order to create muscle confusion, otherwise your body will adapt to the workout and you'll stop losing weight.
i advise that next month you spin 2x a week and run 2x a week, also try to eat less calories.
