Noooo! Do not eat just fruits and vegitables! THAT IS NOT HEALTHY! Did you know fruits and vegitable contain a lot of sugar! Too much of anything is not good! Fruits and vegitables do not contain protein which is needed to loose weight! You need to have diary products! (Some healthy choices are beans, cheese, milk, soy ect) However not having enough sugar in your body, is unhealthy! The Key to a new body is consistency. When you decide how you want to loose weight stick to it. The gym is a great place to loose weight, especially since it can be a socail environment. Bring some friends along to work out with you, they can make it fun to work out! Healthy eating is also an important key to loosing weight. But crash diets are not good for you, and acually if you do not eat your body goes through dramatic phases and may make you even larger because your metabolism slows down, thinking that you may be starving! If you buy unhealthy foods or if they are around you, you will be tempted to eat them. Sorround yourself with healthy but good-tasting foods. If you are a couch potato work out while you are watching television. Good luck!
A pound is made up of 3500 calories. If you eat nothing for 2 days you will lose a pound (because to maintain your weight, you need about 1700 calories, depending on your basal metabolic rate). If you want to lose weight in a healthy way then eat 500 calories less that your basal metabolic rate. You will lose a pound a week. I know it's slow but it's healthy. You shouldn't only eat only fruit because you need to include all of the food groups. Soo, calculate your BMS here : http://walking.about.com/cs/calories/l/blcalcalc.h...
and then subtract 500. You can eat more than this as long as you burn it off at the gym.. or if you run... or bike or whatever you want to do. I hope I helped ;)
Take 300mgs of caffeine and 2 grams L-carnitine 40 min before cardio.
10 min before cardio take 10 grams of mixed amino acids.
After the work out have 30 grams of whey protein, 40 grams of fast-digesting carbs and 5 grams of creatine.

You are on an good track, but don't forget to add some meats into your diet, you need the protein from meats. Protein is also crucial for losing weight.
You will not achieve those goal by just eating fruits and veggies. Your body needs protein. Try by eating 6 small meals a day that are balanced try and go with a 60/30/10 split. 60% of your intake from protein, 30% from carbs/ 10% fat. Also, you need to incorporate some weight training along with your aerobic exercise. The more lean muscle you ahve the more fat and calories you burn.
Have one to two alcoholic dricks daily instead of more
a pedometer can help keep track of your steps if you re not getting 10 000 steps a day you re not moving enough
fish for 41 minutes
avoid unnecessary usage of drugs
Your weight doesn't sound that bad; I wouldn't go below 170 if I were you. I think 175 would probly be perfect. Just run, workout, hike, eat healthy and u'll be fine :-D
Add extra 10 or 15 mins to your cardio routine
