Weight loss question?

I'm starting back on weight watchers on Monday, and I really plan to stick with it and exercise diligently.

I weigh 265 pounds (lost 30 pounds in three months) and Im a pant size (Canadian) 22

I lose weight pretty well, so I'm hoping to lose all of my weight before next summer .

I'm 14 btw. I had a year and a half of high dosage prednisone (steroids) 4 months of chemo and suicidal depression, so please do not judge.

I'm quite upset at how bad it's gotten, but I'm ready to change that.

So, a question.

I don't like to go by "pounds" so is it possible for me to get down to a pant size (Canadian) 6-8 by next match/April?

My birthday is in july, which means July 2013 I'll be sixteen and I really want to be skinny by then.

Tips, advice & is it at all achievable? I'm willing to do/try everything!
