Ok i was fat with muscle and im 6 feet 2 inches. I was a big guy. Im 16 and I weighed 270( football player) I knew i had to loss weight. I started to loss weight about 4ish months ago(i had a week where i was on vacation with no wifi so i gained 2 pounds, i didnt care what i ate). So i went to this site and it said to loss 3 pounds a week I need to eat 1400 calories a week I stuck with it, and every 20 pounds i checked what i needed to eat(calories wise). Now im at 1200 calories and i weigh 220. Now my question is when i get to my goal weight of 195 and i start eating 1900 calories, which is what the internet said i should eat to maintain weight. will i start gaining weight because i lost weight kind of quickly.
Update:I used this website. http://www.healthyweightforum.org/eng/calculators/...
Should i just start eating 1600 calories a day. thats makes me loss 2 pounds a week. Or what should i do.

What website are you using? I don't think its healthy for someone your size to be eating 1200 calories per day. I understand you're trying to lose weight but at 1200 calories, your body hardly has enough fuel to function. I think eating so little is going to totally backfire once you reach your goal and try to increase your calorie intake. Are you exercising / weight training to build lean muscle? That's going to be very important in keeping the weight off in the long run. Good luck!
