Im 20 years old i wouldn't say i am fat but for my body and bone size which are both very small i am definitely over weight. I don't have much time for working out in between my full-time job, Horse, Cooking and cleaning and looking after myself. I just want to loose the excess weight and feel good about myself im also very tired all the time no matter how much sleep i have ill still be buggered when i wake up, just looking to here things that have worked for you guys or your loved ones, again im not obese just very short and chubby i guess u would say. since leaving school i have gone from 54kgs to about (havent weighted myself in a long time) 60 - 61/62.
