Hi in planning on joining the air force. Im a girl, 5'7 and 172 pound. The max weight for entry into the air force is 175, so i want to be on the safe side and lose 15 pounds. I am working out 5 or 6 times a week (running 2 miles, push ups, sit ups). I am also sticking to a 1200 calorie diet (all healthy foods + plenty of water, no soda). How long do u think it will be before i reach my goal weight?
