Western dental braces problem?
So i got braces at western dental last april. Then 6 months ago i couldnt make the payments so they couldnt see me. Now i paid the balance of $1000 from the collection department. Then they said once i did that i would be able to be seen by the orthodontist. So its been a couple weeks since i made the payment but the ortho still wont see me. The workers at western dental know i made a payment but they need a verification from the collection department saying okay they made a payment. My teeth are getting bad, a bracket fell off and my wire broke just now. Im scared ill never get my braces off

Call the collections dept from your cell phone while at the orthodontist's office and put the orthodontist or a manager at the ortho office on the phone with them to clear up the matter.
