I'm pretty sure I want to buy a new digital camera before the holidays. I have a really old one and it is horrible! I would like to spend $200 or less, but still get something that takes good quality photos that isn't too big and bulky.

I've checked out some at the store, but they ALL look amazing... So I was hoping to get some real life thoughts on what's been good for you and what to avoid. Any suggestions?
