What do you when your family doesn't listen to you or your feelings. What do you do when your mom tells you your fine but you know that your over weight(but for some strange reason my bmi says i'm normal.weird)? What do you do when you step dads a jerk(preferably a jackass)? What do you do when you go to a new school and another kid from your old school and his ghettoness prevents me from making friends( he hit someone it the eye and the kid asked him to apologize but he said i didn't do anything to him and he doesn't apologize to people.I would of said something problem is he can beat me up)?
What do you do when you want something(Jordans,a new, nice house)but your families to poor to afford anything(not literally)? What do you do when you want to impress someone with the material things you have(shoes, house, game system,a caring family) but you don't have that? What do you do when you're mom can change all that with a credit card but doesn't care about your needs? What do you do...?!?!
Before you answer that know this: I can't play sports, cant work out, and i don't have any money only 40 bucks and i'm only 12. But the one thing u should know is that i am very selfish so don't post any answers like you should be more selfless and you know you have to pay off credit cards i already know that i have my needs.
Thanks!
Oh and just for the record i had a bad day.

teriq, i'm sorry you're having a hard day, and having so many frustrations at your new school. it's hard to be a young kid, especially when the economy is so crummy. because of that, your folks can't afford a nice new house, or even jordans (which would be pretty cool to have). it seems like no one wants you to be happy!
the truth of it is, though, teriq, moms and dads are responsible for so much more than a young guy can realize. the internet you're using costs MONEY every month. the cable tv you watch does, too. as does the electricity, groceries, gas for the car, and even the toilet paper. none of that is free. credit cards can fix a problem quickly, but what happens when the bill comes and there's no cash to pay the bill?
in my family, i have 4 kids. my husband and i were married for 28 years. he left and then lost his job. he was earning over $110,000 each year before this all happened. now, i try to support all the kids, and i search the thrift stores and internet to find clothes my 15 year old son would like, that i can afford. i didn't get cable for a while, because i wasn't sure i could afford it. sometimes, we'd have to go to a local food closet for groceries so i could pay for the registration for the cars the kids drive. we had so much, but then it was gone. talk about a bad day!
a great way to lose weight is to make smarter choices about your food (carrot stix, not chips, or just a handful of chips rather than the whole bag) and move your body. your local parks and rec department probably has a swim team. they have daily practices and swim meets on the weekends. it's a great opportunity to tone your body, and get in better shape, since you seem unhappy with the way you are now. grow some muscles. most youth sports clubs have some kind of financial aid, so your folks can pay just a portion of the fees for you to participate.
you ARE old enough to ask your neighbors if you can help them with yard work to earn money. mowing the lawn or pulling weeds is something you might get paid for. you may learn, though, that when you work 20 hours to pay for a pair of shoes, that you'd rather get a cheaper kind, or work a few more hours to buy a game system, and just make due with the old shoes. you'll see, once you start paying for your own stuff, what it feels like to have pride for a job well done, and you'll really enjoy the "stuff" you earned. good luck!
Hey bud i can tell you had a bad day and i sympathise, but what you gotta do is 1, realize everyone goes through this in their adolescent years. Also about the credit card thing, its not that easy to get one, plus they charge so much interest that getting one might just make your family end up going broke and homeless. Plus todays economy is VERY bad, try to be greatful for the fact that you even have a computer and interent, thats a luxury some people will never be able to have. Just know everyone goes through this, and try to be greatful for what you do have, not what you dont.
I guess just a boost of energy or something and you had your last one when you pushed your self the first time. EX: I start running a little tired. Get some "wind" run harder for a while.. Then slow down a little later I get my "second wind" and go full force and run even faster...:)
"But the one thing u should know is that i am very selfish"
I'm sorry, but you're too young to understand the reality of the world we live in right now.
your life could be alot worse, take comfort in that and also stop focusing on material things
