Start doing a project that gets my mind on something other than how I feel. Then sometimes when I am done I realize that one of the things that was making me depressed was not having the thing I just did already done.
What ever the heck it is that I have to get done to keep paying the bills and keeping my life organized. I don't really get depressed because I don't have enough time to do so. Go outside and enjoy nature. Are you in the U.S.? It's spring time! Flowers are having their fashion shows, enjoy!
Like Neyo says, " I'm too fly to be depressed". Nah, I just stay positive and stay faithful in knowing that things always get better. If God brought you to it, he'll bring you through it!!! And that's the truth!!!!!!

I don't feel depressed. Never. I have too many things to be thankful for, so I can see no reason for being depressed.

Talk to my hubby. He makes me laugh.
Pet my cat. He makes me smile.
Pray to God. He gives me hope.
Watch TV. It takes my mind off of things.
Exercise. I get high from it.
Write. Self expression is theraputic.
Drink. This is not the best way to cope.
Think....of all of the people that have it so much worse than I do.
Reflect...on how blessed I really am.
I am depressed almost everyday. I medicate myself, I really have nobody to talk too, so that is seeming to be my only option!
smoke ciggrates, i know they dont help, but i know a few things that you should do when u r depressed
1) find the root cause
2) try different alternate things to change whatever is bothering you
3) if nothing helps out, see a doctor, eventually you will be taking prozac
I call my friends. Either we talk about why I'm depressed or/ then we talk about something else that will make me or us better.
when i have more than 2 exam in 1 day
when i am depressed i wont read my lessons or do anything i just go & walk for an hour!!!!
I go to the lake. Or if I can't get out there, I lay in bed and sleep.
