Ok so I am 18 I got a dui in april on the 25th I said some things that made cops "Worry" about my health and sent me to the hospital and from there I was placed on a 72hr hold and sent to a different hospital in Louisville where they kept me for a additional 5 days when i got my DUI I blew a .13 and then a month later I got a 3rd degree assault MIP and free text thingy i went to jail for 14 hours then I was bailed they then put me on BA'S and UA'S my court is on nov 1st they kept extending it and extending it so I am just tiered of all this waiting i got a private attorney who just tells me this and that but not what i want to hear I want to know when will I stop calling in every single day to check my colors and when will i get this whole nightmare over its been 7 months since I was pulled over for the dui I mean i have friends who got a bargin in less than 6months so my "question" Is when will i have to stop calling check ins and when will this case be over???

The reason it is not over yet is because you are f*cking dumb enough to keep doing things that are only going to make it worse!

You get a DUI.
One month later, you go and assault somebody and have alcohol in your possession!
I'm surprised they offered you bail at all since you seem clearly incapable of behaving at all responsibly!
