What you can do to help your body recover faster is watch what you eat and drink. Avoid salty or very sugary foods, eat light meals and take plenty of water or weak tea, and avoid too much caffeine.
I don't have a problem with jet lag. I take the overnight flights, sleep all the way on the plane, and stay up all day until it's bed time in the country where I end up rather than taking a nap during the day.

Yes this is normal for anyone travelling you will be over it in a few days
yes its normal !! The same way as an European traveling to America!!
