I feel it like where I would feel menstrual cramps, lower abdomen.. Sometimes I thought I was having bad cramps but turned out to be gas lol... Once I couldn't walk barely cause it hurt like a sharp pain from trapped gas... It's normal...

Well when i have gas it feels the same prior to pregnancy. In the low abs area. And its that gassy pain running side to side. For me the ligament pain is more like needles.. more menstrual like. Hope that helped some.

I don't think that would be gas its probably your uterus that is moving up. I had that too and my doctor said it was my uterus that was goring upwards.
