It really depends solely on personal preference.. It also depends a lot on the shape of your eye, eye color, and size of your eyes.. If you're looking for natural then i'd go with waterline.. if you're going for more of a smokey eye effect then i'd go with eyeliner on the waterline plus smudging it to the lid with a dark eye shadow.. instead of just applying it directly to your bottom lid like the second one and it also tends to cover your bottom lashes.. enhance it with a couple coats of dark mascara.

If you are as tan as Farrah is, then the heavier eye liner works well, but if you are paler like Selena then go with that one.

how dose they look dosn't matter the think dose matter is use eyeliner depending your mood if you want to look attractive red hot so apply it thick with big corner i will hold others eye on you,but if u want to look simple,cute on ordinary then you should apply it like selena-gomez or as your wish look

I personally like the first one because it looks more natural. You should also consider maybe a brown liner
