I don't know if its the best, but I helped install garage doors for a few years,and they just used some automotive motor oil. The guy who owned the company said if you just oil the wheels,track,hinges,and springs lightly once a year,he would never have to replace anything. I've done that on any door I own ,or had at work ,and so far nothing has broken or hung up. Lightly, or it will drip or run.
Lithium grease would be best among the list offered. Use a rag wrapped around a paint stir paddle or similar, grease the tracks using the least amount which will cover the inner race. Too much is messy and won't work better than just enough. Repeat every couple of years.
