I'm looking for an episode where Neil and Peter go to art collectors' house, the house seems to be on a skyscraper, very beautiful and modern full of art pieces (maybe even a Rodin if I remember correctly) from all over the world.

the art collector is a very wired person, a bit childish. He likes Neil and also try to imitate him with the hat. I don't remember anything else about the episode.

The episode is not copycat Caffrey, the collector is not a main character, he shows up only at the beginning and for few minutes.
